What is synergy? Essentially, it is coaction. Our successful therapeutic relationship requires an active partnership, where both client and therapist are fully invested. Here, you will receive warmth, presence, and access to a variety of approaches that are tailored to you and your specific needs. If you are ready to put in the work, our time together has the ability to transform what feels chaotic and out of balance into a harmonious life.

As a team, we discover the strengths already within you and further develop these strengths while simultaneously looking at areas needing attention. Our work together will lead to new perspectives, a deeper understanding of who you are, what experiences in your past influence your life today, and how to sustain the victories of our work together for years to come.
